webuybulk.cards is operated by BULKY CARDS LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 17309423, with its registered office at 172 Portsmouth Road, Lee-on-the-Solent, Hampshire, PO13 9AE. These terms govern every sale you make to us. By accepting a quote you agree to them.

Instant quotes are calculated from the counts, games, and condition you tell us, at our published per-game rates at the time you accept. An accepted quote is locked for 14 days. If your cards arrive within that window, the rates you accepted apply even if our published rates have changed since. Quotes for graded slabs and sealed products are made individually from your photos and are valid for 14 days from the date we send them.

You're responsible for getting your cards to us, using a tracked, insured postage service you arrange yourself (we recommend Royal Mail Tracked 48). The parcel remains your property and at your risk until we scan it in at our premises. Please include your printed packing slip, or write your order reference clearly inside the box, so we can match your parcel to your order.

Every send is counted and checked on arrival. If our verified counts or condition differ from what you described, we'll adjust the offer and tell you exactly what changed. If the lot is better than described, we pay more. If the adjusted offer is lower and you don't want to proceed, tell us within 7 days of the adjustment notice and we'll return your cards at our cost. If we hear nothing within 7 days, the adjusted offer is treated as accepted.

We pay by UK bank transfer to the account details you provide, normally within 24 hours of verification (or of your acceptance of an adjusted offer) and in any case within 5 working days. It's your responsibility to give us accurate bank details. We can't recover money sent to an account you specified incorrectly.

By sending cards you confirm you own them outright and have the right to sell them. We cooperate fully with police inquiries regarding stolen goods and may hold items and contact authorities where we have reasonable suspicion.

You must be 18 or over to sell to us. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must create the account, accept the quote, and receive payment on your behalf.

We may reject counterfeit or proxy cards, items we reasonably believe aren't yours to sell, and anything not listed in your quote. Rejected genuine items are returned with your payout correspondence; counterfeit items may be retained or destroyed as the law allows, and are never paid for.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability for any send is limited to the value of our verified offer for that send. We're not responsible for parcels lost or damaged before they reach us. That's between you and your carrier (another reason to use the tracked, insured options we offer).
