Packing rules.

These apply whether you post your cards or drop them at a partner shop. Follow them and you are counted and paid faster.

01

Your order code on the side of the box

This and rule 4 matter most. Write your order code (it looks like WBB-ABC123) large and clear on the side of every box, with a thick marker or a printed label. On a shop counter or in a delivery sack it is the only thing that tells your boxes apart from everyone else's. A box without a code can be refused.

02

One outer box that holds everything

Put your order in one strong outer box that holds all your other boxes, so it arrives as a single sealed unit. There is no size limit, because some lots are huge, but it has to be one unified box, not a pile of separate ones. If a lot truly cannot fit in one outer box, use as few as you can, keep them the same size so they stack, and number them next to the order code, for example "Box 1 of 3".

03

Cards sorted and separated inside

Inside the box, keep the cards separated by game and by type, matching how you described them in your quote (for example commons and uncommons, holos, reverse holos, trainers, energy). Do not mix games or types together. Each group should be bagged, bundled, or in its own small box, with a note or label saying what it is.

04

Nothing open, nothing loose

This is the other rule that matters most. Everything must be closed and secure: cards in sturdy card boxes, bags with the tops closed, or banded bundles, all inside the sealed outer box. Nothing loose, nothing in open-top boxes, nothing in carrier bags. Fill any gaps with paper so nothing can shift or spill, and count out each group as best you can so it matches your quote. A box that is open, loose, or coming apart can be refused.

05

Packing slip inside

Print your packing slip from your order page and put it inside the outer box, on top, where it is easy to find. If you use more than one box, put a note with the order code in each. If the outside gets scuffed or boxes get separated, this is how we match your cards to your order.

06

Strong, sealed boxes

Use a sturdy box that closes properly and seal every seam with tape. It has to survive being moved, stacked, and carried. A box that is split, crushed, or coming open may be refused.

07

Only what is on your quote

Send the cards you quoted, and nothing else. Keep out cards we do not buy (see What we buy), including non-English cards, counterfeits, and proxies. Anything not on your quote may be returned to you.

08

Posting your boxes

If you post your cards, use a tracked service you arrange and pay for yourself, and make sure it covers their value. Posted cards travel at your own risk until we scan them in. Add your tracking number to your order so we know to expect it.

09

Be kind to the shop

Our partner shops do us a favour by holding your boxes. Please make it easy for them. Have your boxes ready to hand over, with the order codes already written on, and do not make them hunt for anything. Bring them in boxes, never in bags, and do not leave them in a doorway or on the floor. If you have a big lot, email us before you go so we can give the shop notice. A tidy, quick drop-off keeps the shops happy to keep working with us, and keeps this option open for everyone.

10

Dropping off at a partner shop

Take a photo of your boxes at the counter with the order codes showing, and keep it. Confirm your drop-off in your account. The shop staff only hold boxes for us. They cannot see or change your order, so send any question to us through the contact page. Partner shops have the right to refuse any drop-off that does not follow these rules, whatever the size of the lot, and if one is refused you keep your cards and can repack them. Your payout is due within 48 hours of us collecting from the shop, not of you dropping off.

11

If the rules are not followed

A lot that arrives unmarked, mixed, loose, or in many parcels takes us much longer to match and count, and we cannot promise the usual payout time. If we cannot safely match or count a lot, we may refuse it and arrange its return. These rules form part of our terms and conditions.
